His painting is beautifully presented despite some visible traces of preparation. The interior is a bit faded but not too much, with a good cleaning it will deliver a nice antique patina.
We are in the process of making it ready to roll. We have already restored the electrical functions, the windshield wipers and the windshield washer system. The lights and meters are very good.
Its body is in good condition, except for the front cross member and the battery support which we are currently changing. During the checkup, the running gear also showed some anomalies that we will treat -> change of tires (they date from 1988), brake calipers, two wheel bearings, rack and pinion, steering ball joints, shock absorbers, front spring links and adjustment of the hand brake.
The gasoline system was completely treated: the tank was changed, the carburetors were dismantled and cleaned with ultrasound. The ignition has also been refurbished.
The engine is being rebuilt, the program includes crankshaft rectification, change of bearings, pistons, rectification of valves. The exhaust is in good condition.
